Incident Report Register
The safety and wellbeing of all members and visitors at all Cricket Club events is of utmost importance to the Club. 

This Incident Report form acts as a Club Register and should be used to record details of any noteworthy incidents arising from the activities of YMCA Cricket Club. The form can be used for incidents of any nature - Accidents, Injury, Lost or Stolen Items, instances of Abuse, Bullying or similar, Property Damage etc.

Additionally, the Club's Safety Policy places a collective obligation on Captain's, Coaches and Team Managers should an incident occur involving a child whilst involved in Club activities. Such persons should

  • arrange for the child to be taken to a local hospital or doctor if required,
  • contact the player's parents and keep them informed of all details,
  • make a brief record of injury and action taken; and
  • make a brief record of the problem/action/outcome
