Feedback Register on Club Procedures
On 11 March 2018, the Club adopted a Child Safeguarding Statement pursuant to the Children First Act, 2015. The Club endeavours to comply at all times with the Procedures and Policies set out within the Child Safeguarding Statement.
The purpose of this form is to make available to all interested parties, a facility to record any relevant feedback, comments, concerns or breaches of Club Procedures. The Club expects to use information received to be used in a number of ways aimed at enhancing the procedural operations of the Club.
