The terms 'line and length' and 'bowl in that corridor of uncertainty' were never more apt then when describing Heatley Tector's bowling.
He was a master of the 'dot' ball and although he graced the fields of Leinster and beyond in 1st XI colours, it was in the Men's junior leagues where he made his true mark becoming a prolific wicket taker.
Rumour has it that he took well over 1000 wickets for the club. A little less came of his bat.
