Derek is a stalwart of YM and is a hard hitting top order batsmen. Was Instrumental in keeping the 3rd XI in the Intermediate A league this season (2008) after the team suffered a terrible start to the campaign. Scored over 300 runs with a top score of 106.

RHB (genuine tail-ender) RAM;

'Cookie' stepped upto the plate this season (2008) in more ways than one. A YM stalwart he captained a raw inexperienced but talented bunch in the 3rds and after a horrible start to the season, he master-minded the rest of the season by winning 5 of the last 6 league matches to finish mid-table and take them to the semi-final of the Middle II Cup.
Still ever-dependable with the ball he was the 2nd top wicket taker for the team.

At times Ravi showed glimpses of what he can do with both bat & ball, unfortunately suffered a very bad injury in the semi-final of the Cup which cut short his season.

Niall is a top order bat and has improved considerably this season(2008). Looks the part, solid, calm under pressure with all the shots. Has very good hands and has taken some excellent catches.
Needs to confirm this seasons improvement in 2009 and has the ability to go all the way to the 1st XI.

John always played with a smile on his face and has a great attitude. Needs to work hard with his keeping and has it in himself to score more runs. Never gives his wicket away cheaply.
