Harry Kirk bowled first for YM and was spot on hitting the stumps. Railway's first bowler missed, Andrew Blair-White then missed for YM. Railways next bowler hit. 1v1. Stephen Gray, Michael Crawford & Matthew Quirke then all missed for YM as did all the Railway bowlers.

The same 5 bowlers would all have another crack in a sudden death bowl off.
Harry Kirk this time missed but the Railway bowler hit and the Park Avenue side went through 2v1 to the next round.
